What happens if I keep the car past the due time?

As our policy, we give you a one hour tolerance. After that a charge of 10 usd will be charged for each extra hour (maximum 2), after this 2 hours will count as another full day.

Is there another charge besides the basic rate that I should be aware of?

There are two types of additional charges. Basic insurance and Collision insurance packages charges, prices can change depending on vehicles. In addition, if you need a GPS (10USD per day) or a baby seat ($10USD per day) an additional charge is applied.

If you need to receive or return the car at your HOTEL / AIRPORT / SPECIFIC LOCATION where we our company have no office an additional charge will be applied for the delivery/drop of the car.

What happens if the car is damaged, stolen or in an accident?

As first step keep calm and call us immediately to the phone number in your contract and let us know the issue. Its very important for you TO NOT MOVE THE CAR until the insurance agent or the transit officer arrives to the accident, you can only move the car when they authorize you. If you move the car is very probably that the insurance will be not valid.

If you purchased the Collision Insurance you will have to pay a 10% deductable of the car value in case of an accident and if you purchased the basic insurance you will have to pay for any damage made to the car.

No insurance covers traffic violations, tickets, lost keys, damages and/or partial theft, tires, mirrors, glasses, lost or stolen license plates.
